Yogurt Prevent Gastritis and Peptic Ulcer

Yogurt has long been known as a fermented milk product that launched the process of digestion. And new research says yogurt can prevent gastritis and stomach ulcers. Yogurt to the list of healthy foods as much calcium, protein and other nutrients such as probiotics is necessary for health.
A clinical study in Japan recently mentioned yogurt that can fight bacteria that cause stomach ulcers and gastritis or gastric ulcer, namely Helicobacter pylori. "Although yogurt is not as effective as antibiotics to reduce the rate of H. pylori, but it is much easier to get and eat every day as part of a routine rather than taking drugs,"
